After spending weeks going through real estate agents that were going to Spain or some other exotic vacation, or taking a week-end off (most of them take every week-end off) for Father’s Day is on excuse and that is one day as far as I know, having a four day Memorial week-end to use one day to recover from hang over and all of them suggesting I find something and bring it to them, really? That is how to be a successful realtor in South FL? I had given up on buying and was ready to rent.
 
I lived in VA and could not get to FL to do my own leg work since realtors apparently do not do that any longer I needed someone who wanted to actually work for a commission outside of doing paperwork that they actually have someone else do, so not certain what the other realtors that wanted me to “bring it to me” do to earn their commission, simply get a license? Sad.
 
Then I accidentally found Sally on the last day before deciding to rent instead of buy. In 40 minutes on the phone she found 20 possible matches. She, and sometimes she talked her husband into going for more input for me, went out to see the properties. She gave me the link to view photos but then she took it upon herself to take better ones to send to me. I was amazed! She not only worked, she zeroed in on what I actually wanted. One time I put an offer in on a townhouse I was not as thrilled with but it did have all I wanted and after it was accepted I changed my mind. If Sally was upset with me I certainly did not know about it but if so could not blame her.
 
She also worked out her busy calendar so a friend of mine living in FL could meet her to look at final decisions. The final outcome is a great townhouse. None of them have everything but this one comes very close and I am delighted with Sally and her real estate associates of Joby Slay, her partner, and Kimora, Office Manager. Sally knew I could not get down here to pick paint for the townhouse, it needed it before moving in, and although it is a personal decision she found the perfect color for me and the place looks 100 times better than when it was purchased. Want a referral that you can trust, Sally knows how to reach me and I will be a referral for her anytime.

My wife and I spent two years searching for a new house. We visited many model homes and spoke to many agents. When we were looking at the model home that Sally was in she took a real interest in what we were looking for. To update this review I am not relocating due to a job situation and my townhouse is on the market. Of course I called Sally, why wouldn't I? I work from home and the day is filled with endless conference calls so she "fields" the calls to only bring me interested and qualified buyers. What more can I say? Call her!
